1. Call to Order of the Meeting of the Finance Committee
The Committee Chair will call the meeting to order if a quorum is present. Announcements may be made at this time.

Opportunity for members of the public to address the committee.
3. Approval of the minutes
The Committee Chair will request approval of the minutes of the November 29, 2022 Finance Committee meeting.

4. Banking Services
Each year the Board is asked to authorize banking and financial services operations, especially vendors and signature authorities. On this item the Committee will review with management the Conservancy’s banking and financial services vendors, including any changes proposed for the new year. The Committee is asked to to consider these recommendations and refer them to the Board of Directors at its February 1, 2023 meeting. 5. December 31, 2022 Endowment Fund Investment Returns
Management will review with the Committee follow-up communications with the Conservancy’s Endowment Fund investment advisor, further to the presentation shared with the Committee at its November 29, 2022 meeting. This item considers investment final returns for 2022.
