1. Call to Order of the Meeting of the Finance Committee
The Committee Chair will call the meeting to order if a quorum is present. Announcements may be made at this time.
2. Public Comments
Opportunity for members of the public to address the committee.
3. Approval of the minutes
The Committee Chair will request approval of the minutes of the June 5, 2023 Finance Committee meeting.

4. Finance Committee Charter
The Conservancy’s Finance Committee Charter (Charter) was last reviewed by the Board of Directors on June 1, 2022. The Charter is presented for Committee review with minor changes and adjustments as suggested by legal counsel.
This item requests the Finance Committee review and recommend to the full Board approval of the Charter.

5. Review Corporate Funds Investment Policy
The Corporate Funds Investment Policy is presented to the Committee for review. The policy was last reviewed on June 1, 2022.

6. Review Endowment and Supplemental Endowment Funds Investment Policy
The Endowment Operations and Maintenance Fund and Supplemental Endowment Fund Investment Policy is presented to the Committee for review. The policy was last reviewed on June 1, 2022.

7. Insurance review
Staff will review with the Committee insurance policies that are set for renewal. The Conservancy presently holds the following policies: auto, crime, cyber, directors and officers (D&O), employee benefits liability, employee practices liability (EPL), flood, general liability, inland marine, pollution, property, workers’ compensation, and umbrella (also known as excess).
This item is presented to the Finance Committee for review.
