1. Call to Order of the Meeting of the Compensation & Governance Committee
The Committee Chair will call the meeting to order if a quorum is present. Announcements may be made at this time.

3. Approval of the minutes
The Committee Chair will request approval of the minutes of the Compensation & Governance Committee meeting of June 3, 2024.
4. Employee Handbook Update
The Conservancy’s Employee Handbook (Handbook) was last updated and approved by the Board of Directors on April 6, 2022. The Handbook is presented for Committee review and recommendation with changes and adjustments as suggested by legal counsel, largely for updates in employment law.

5. Travel and Other Expense Reimbursement Policy
The Conservancy’s Travel and Other Expense Reimbursement Policy was last updated and approved by the Board of Directors on October 6, 2021. The Travel and Other Expense Reimbursement Policy is presented for Committee review and recommendation. No changes are recommended.
