Gilbert Associates, Inc. issued a clean opinion on the December 31, 2010 financial statements and internal controls over financial reporting. No management letter was issued. The Conservancy received three new appointments to the Conservancy’s Board of Directors. The City of Sacramento appointed Patrick Huber and Ethan Valburg. The County of Sutter appointed Sean Minard.
