1. Call to Order of the Meeting of the Finance Committee
The Committee Chair will call the meeting to order if a quorum is present. Announcements may be made at this time.
2. Public Comments
Opportunity for members of the public to address the committee.
3. Approval of the minutes
The Committee Chair will request approval of the minutes of the May 24, 2022 Finance Committee meeting.

4. Endowment funds investment overview
The Conservancy’s endowment funds are managed by T. Rowe Price. Representative Phil Burger of T. Rowe Price will meet with the committee for the purposes of providing a 2022 year-to-date report on the Conservancy’s endowment funds accounts.
5. Conservancy’s 2023 budget
Management will present the Conservancy’s 2023 budget for committee review and approval. A draft 2023 budget was presented to the Board at its October 5, 2022 meeting. Management will review with the committee the 2023 budget that it intends to present to the Board at its December 7, 2022 meeting. Along with the 2023 budget, management will review the 2023 NBHCP Finance Model which sets the mitigation fee for 2023.
